If you are trying to use one of our ActiveX controls, you might need to install our developer certificate and GeoTrust's Root Certificate. You can load both of these certificates by using the links below:

Install GeoTrust's Root Certificate

To install these certificates, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click the 'Install Our Developer Certificate' link. When prompted, select 'Open'.
  2. Click the 'Install Certificate' button in the window that appears.
  3. Click 'Next'.
  4. Select 'Place all certificates in the following store'.
  5. Click 'Browse'.
  6. Select 'Trusted Publishers' from the list and then click 'Ok'.
  7. Click 'Next'.
  8. Click 'Finish'.
  9. Click 'Ok'.
  10. Click 'Ok' again.
  11. Click the 'Install GeoTrust's Root Certificate' link. When prompted, select 'Open'.
  12. Click the 'Install Certificate' button in the window that appears.
  13. Click 'Next'.
  14. Select 'Place all certificates in the following store'.
  15. Click 'Browse'.
  16. Select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities' from the list and then click 'Ok'.
  17. Click 'Next'.
  18. Click 'Finish'.
  19. If prompted about installing a root certificate, click 'Yes'.
  20. Click 'Ok'.
  21. Click 'Ok' again.
